    • Posting a social media guidelines template.

Pricing: $1,250 + HST

*Pricing includes a meeting with key stakeholders to discuss the issue, and a final presentation for deliverables and analysis.

Package 2: Finding a Way Forward After Your Crisis

  • An Online Crisis Audit: Understanding what happened, and where you are now.
  • Overall Support and Documentation
    • Creating a crisis communications strategy for the immediate future that includes how (and where) to respond. Note: This strategy will also provide a roadmap for any future crises.
    • Creating a long-term strategy to prepare for future related issues (for example, the one-year anniversary of an event, etc.) 
    • Creating social media response templates.
    • Posting a social media guidelines template.
    • Understanding best practices for dealing with trolls and spammers.
    • Recommendations on how to protect your accounts from hacks.
    • This package also includes ongoing support and advice for an unlimited time period ahead.

Pricing: $2,500 + HST
